ParksAs a graduating senior in 1968, Marilyn Olson received one of the most coveted student honors - the Louis M. Robey Award - for the undergraduate woman who best exemplifies the aims of a Bucknell education. Along with outstanding grades as an economics major, she was a head resident, member of Pi Beta Phi sorority, and active with the Judicial Board.

As an alumna, she has served as president of the Alumni Association and, in 1987, was elected an alumni trustee. She has been a contributing member of the Academic Advisory Council and has hosted freshman receptions at her home in Connecticut.

Her husband, Bob Parks, is a member of the Class of 1966, and their son Gregory is a member of the Class of 1994. Through her family's generosity, the Parks Family Scholarship has been established to benefit future Bucknellians.
