During her undergraduate days, Molly Baush participated in a variety of activities including involvement with L'Agenda, Cap and Dagger, Christian Association, Women's Glee Club, and Student Faculty Congress. Majoring in mathematics, she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
Virtually all of her professional life was spent with Hay and Huggins, a firm of consulting actuaries. In 1962, she was named the first woman officer of that company and subsequently rose through the ranks to the position of vice president.
Since her graduation, she has kept a steadfast loyalty and continuing concern for alma mater. As an alumna, she has been active with the Philadelphia Alumni Club, serving as its president from 1973-75. She also has served as vice president of the Board of Directors of the Bucknell Alumni Association and as a member of the National Committee on Annual Giving. She is currently the president of the Class of 1946 and holds memberships in the Committee of One Thousand, the Bison Club, and the Association of the Arts. She has offered her help with regional phon-a-thons, capital campaigns, and freshman receptions.
