As Founder and Artistic Director of Boston's Lorelei Ensemble, Willer has led the ensemble to local and national recognition, recently receiving Chorus America's prestigious Louis Botto Award for Innovative Action and Entrepreneurial Zeal, and Boston University's Kahn Career Entry Award. Committed to fulfilling Lorelei's mission to elevate and expand the repertoire for women's vocal ensembles, she initiates collaborations with composers from the U.S. and abroad, leading the ensemble in numerous World, U.S. and regional premieres since its founding in 2007, while also working to expose lesser-known works of the Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque periods. In addition to its Boston concert series, the ensemble enjoys a national touring schedule. In 2016-17 Lorelei will perform at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC), and deliver the U.S. premiere of George Benjamin's Dream of the Song with the Boston Symphony Orchestra Boston's Symphony Hall, and Carnegie Hall.
