Evan Peck
Associate Professor of Computer ScienceAbout Evan Peck
Evan Peck is an Associate Professor of Computer Science, where he has taught for 6 years. Evan’s research, which he publishes alongside Bucknell students, sits at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Information Visualization, and broadly explores the design of technology that empowers everyday people to understand their world through data. His curricular work pairs issues of bias, fairness, and social impact directly with technical content in core CS curriculum, and has been adopted by universities across the country. He frequently teaches introductory and design-based courses in CS, and looks to strengthen interdisciplinary bridges between CS and the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
