If you're dealing with a personal dilemma, big changes in life, or a tough professional situation, you can turn to these resources for advice and support:

EAP+Work/Life — assistance and resources for real support

The EAP+Work/Life program is a comprehensive program designed to help you and your eligible family members lead happier and more productive lives at home and at work. All of us have experienced some type of personal problem, concern or emotional crisis at one time or another. Balancing the needs of work, family and personal responsibilities isn't always easy.

The EAP+Work/Life program provides a Licensed Professional Counselor to listen help define the problem clearly, assess the type of help needed, and either provide the required help or make the most appropriate, cost-effective referral for you.

Learn more, call 866.799.2728 (toll-free) to talk to a counselor, or go to https://members.healthadvocate.com/ to access the EAP+Work/Life website. The program is available 24/7.

Health Advocacy — help resolving healthcare-related issues

The Health Advocacy service provides personalized assistance, to help you and your family navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. A Personal Health Advocate, typically a registered nurse supported by medical directors and benefits and claims specialists, can help you with a full range of healthcare and insurance-related issues to save you time, money and worry.
