New Employee Orientation and Library & IT Orientation
In this session, Human Resources staff will introduce you to Bucknell’s benefits and culture. Library & Information Technology (L&IT) staff will also present information about the technical tools available to you at Bucknell and introduce you to your L&IT liaison.

New Faculty Orientation is your introduction to the University’s expectations regarding teaching, scholarship and service to the academic community. You will also meet the president, the provost and the deans at this event, which is hosted by the Teaching & Learning Center.

Workshop on the Teaching of Writing
This voluntary, intensive seven-morning faculty workshop is a centerpiece of Bucknell’s Writing Across the Curriculum Program.

This weekly discussion group is designed to assist and support new faculty. Presentations are short and offered twice each week on Wednesday and Thursday so that faculty members may choose the session that best fits their schedule. Lunch is provided. Although not required, attendance is encouraged.
