Sheree Anne KellySheree Anne serves on the senior management team of the Public Affairs Council as chief public affairs expert and deputy for the organization. She directs the Council’s public affairs staff who are responsible for consulting, thought leadership, and executive education worldwide. Her team resides in both the Washington headquarters and the European office in Brussels. In her role with the foundation, she manages operations, fundraising and oversees its research agenda.

Sheree Anne is integrally involved in strategic planning for the association and builds cross-functional integration for the group. A decade ago, she launched the international practice for the Public Affairs Council. Under Sheree Anne’s leadership, the Council opened its first international office in Brussels, which launched in 2013.

Since joining the association 16 years ago, she’s counseled hundreds of corporate and association executives on best practices for building, managing and measuring public affairs functions, as well as nonprofit leadership. She’s a frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer, having delivered presentations across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Prior to joining the Council, Ms. Kelly worked in the government affairs department of the National Association of Home Builders and held positions at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in corporate relations and corporate development.

Sheree Anne serves as the Chair (2017 – 2018) of the Bucknell University Institute for Public Policy. She is a member of the Board of the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems, as well as serving on the Board of the Washington Literacy Center. Ms. Kelly holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Master in Government degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Bucknell University. Capitalizing on her passion for all things French, Sheree Anne studied at l’Universite Francois Rabelais in Tours.
