Physical Health on Campus in the Era of COVID-19

Returning to campus in the era of COVID-19 can present many challenges. Request this presentation to learn more about COVID-19 in general and techniques to protect not only your own physical health but also the health of those around you.

Game Show

Do you want to learn about wellness and self-care in a fun, interactive format? Presented in as a game show, this program addresses important information in the areas of substance use, disordered eating and body image issues, anxiety and other mental health concerns, relationships, sexual health and/or general self-care guidelines.

Herd Health in a Bubble

You may have heard of the "Bucknell Bubble." What is the bubble? Does it affect the health and healthy behaviors of those living within it? This class examines health behaviors both real and perceived and provides guidance for how to maintain good health while still enjoying your Bucknell experience.

Learn the secrets to recognizing and decreasing stress' impact on your body so that you can look and feel your best. This presentation will teach you about the different ways that stress can influence your health and appearance and give you tools for managing stress in healthier ways.
