LEWISBURG, Pa. — Beginning Friday, Aug. 30, at 10 a.m., tickets for Weis Center events can be charged at www.bucknell.edu/BoxOffice or by calling 570-577-1000.
The 2013-14 Season at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts at Bucknell University includes 30 events and features music and dance from around the world.
The 30 events include world music, jazz, blues, modern dance, traditional dance from India, Ireland and Poland, classical, Americana/roots music, and a family discovery series.
The majority of Weis Center tickets range in price from $20 to $30, with discounts available for senior citizens, youth, non-Bucknell college students, Bucknell students and employees, and groups of 10 or more.
Tickets are also available in person from several locations including the Weis Center lobby weekdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the CAPS Center Box Office, located on the ground floor of the Elaine Langone Center, weekdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Beginning Sept. 6, tickets will be available at the Barnes & Noble at Bucknell University Bookstore in Lewisburg weekdays and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 12:30 to 4 p.m.
