LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Bucknell University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will be available at a local legislator's offices in June to provide entrepreneurs with free consulting services and information.
Assistance will be available Monday, June 17, at Representative Lynda Schlegel-Culver's office, 106 Arch St., Sunbury, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This one-on-one consulting emphasizes education to those interested in starting a new business, or expanding their existing business. Consulting is confidential and provided at no charge. Typical business topics include how to start a business, financial analysis, hiring employees, bookkeeping, preparing a business plan, financial forecasting, and marketing strategies for growth.
Appointments are required and must be scheduled two business days prior to the meeting date.
