LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Weis Center for the Performing Arts at Bucknell University is hosting yoga sessions accompanied by live music during the spring semester.
The final spring session will be held Thursday, May 15.
Christian Humcke, a junior majoring in music composition at Bucknell, will provide piano music.
All yoga sessions are free and take place in the Weis Center Lobby from noon to 1 p.m.
Pre-registration is not required; however, participants are asked to come early and bring their own mat.
Yoga instruction will be led by Johanna Kodlick, RYT-200.
A Yoga Alliance Certified instructor and founder of Lizard Toes Yoga, Kodlick will guide a one-hour session of rejuvenating, vinyasa style yoga, suited for all experience levels. Beginners are welcome. Kodlick is assistant director of operations at the Weis Center.
