Bucknell will host a variety of summer conferences on campus throughout the summer.

Summertime doesn't mean a slowdown for Bucknell, with the University set to host more than 50 summer events on campus into early August.

Camps and clinics run through the Division of Athletics will make up several of the summer events on campus. Individual Bucknell sports programs operating camps and special events include baseball, softball, football, track & field and wrestling, and men's and women's basketball, field hockey, lacrosse and soccer. A complete listing of athletic camps can be found on the athletics website.

Other summer events include engineering camp (June 25-30), Bucknell Academy Summer Experience, or BASE (June 25-29), chemistry camp (July 9-12) and Project Lead The Way, a training program for teachers that focuses on preparing them with the content knowledge and pedagogical skills necessary to get students engaged in learning the STEM disciplines (July 24-Aug. 4). The college admissions workshop, which is for children of Bucknell alumni, faculty and staff, will be held June 29-30.

More information on the summer conferences program at Bucknell can be found by visiting the summer conference website or by calling the Office of Events Management at 570-577-3095.
