Artist Werner Pfeiffer will host a reception and deliver a talk in the traditional reading room on the second floor of the Bertrand Library at Bucknell University on Wednesday, April 13, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The talk and reception are free and open to the public.

Pfeiffer's talk is titled "Are Books Obsolete?" and it matches the title of his exhibit of book objects and art currently featured in the special collections/university archives spring exhibit in Bertrand until May 31. He will speak about his work as representative of the changing nature and perception of book in a digital age.
