Bucknell University will host its annual Reunion Weekend June 2 to 5, with thousands of alumni and their families returning to campus. Reunions will be celebrated for class years ending in 1 and 6 between 1946 and 2011, as well as all members of emeritus classes (from 1965 and earlier).

Bucknellians returning to campus will enjoy a wide selection of activities ranging from class year events, all-class celebrations, educational sessions with faculty, outdoor activities, affinity receptions, campus tours and more.

On Saturday, June 4, at 11 a.m. in the Weis Center, the Bucknell Alumni Association will present its 2016 alumni awards.

The Weekend Grand Finale will begin at 9 p.m. on Saturday featuring music from the band UGO. Weather permitting, the day will wrap up with late-night fireworks beginning at 10:30 p.m. Community members should be aware that the fireworks may last until 11 p.m.

Reunion Weekend comes to a close on Sunday with an interfaith morning service of worship, remembrance and celebration, in which all alumni, faculty and staff who passed away in the past year will be remembered.

During the entire weekend, two exhibits will be available for viewing from noon to 5 p.m. daily:

Collect Call, artist Marisa Olson's new work, will be displayed at the Samek Art Museum's Downtown Gallery, located at 416 Market St., Lewisburg .

Through the Years, a collection of photographs and other materials from the University Archives collection, will be displayed in the Bertrand Library, Lower Level 1.
