Roomful of Teeth is a Grammy Award-winning vocal project dedicated to mining the expressive potential of the human voice. Through study with masters from singing traditions the world over, the eight-voice ensemble continually expands its vocabulary of singing techniques and, by commissioning and creating new works, forges a repertoire without borders.

The ensemble is made up of Estelí Gomez, soprano; Martha Cluver, soprano; Caroline Shaw, alto; Elisa Sutherland, alto; Eric Dudley, tenor; Thann Scoggin, baritone; Williamsport, Pa. native Dashon Burton, bass-baritone; and Cameron Beauchamp, bass.

While at the Weis Center, its program will include: Caroline Shaw's Partita for 8 Voices; William Brittelle's High Done No Why To; Caleb Burhans' Beneath; Toby Twining's Dumas' Riposte; Eric Dudley's Suonare / To Sound, which will feature the Bucknell Camerata; and Merrill Garbus' Quizassa, which will feature the University Choir. Professor Beth Willer, music, conducts the University Choir and Camerata.

Funding for the performance was provided, in part, by Bucknell's Class of 1953 Lectureship.
