Self-Service Enrollment Certification
Current students can request enrollment certification via Banner Web. There is no charge for this service.
After signing in to BANNER Web with your current logon and PIN, go to the Student Information Menu. In the Student Information Menu, click National Student Clearinghouse. You will have now moved (still in BANNER Web) to the Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification screen. This screen provides the information to access the National Student Clearinghouse secure site. You can also read about the options available to you, as a user. After reading the information, simply Click on the Proceed to Clearinghouse bar and begin the process. Always ensure that you Log Off, both, the Clearinghouse site and BANNER Web upon completion.
Other Enrollment Verifications
The Registrar’s Office takes pride in its customer support of enrollment verifications. We process Enrollment Verification requests within two (2) working days of receipt. That means the paperwork will be in the mail no later than the second working day after receipt of the request. During peak times of the Academic Year, the processing time may be increased to three (3) or possibly four (4) days. Every effort is made to minimize those times.
All requests are processed in the order received.
Requests for immediate turn around cannot be honored.
As noted above, we take great pride in the support we are able to provide. The best and most significant way students and parents can support our effort is through the timely submission of requests. We want to provide the verifications in time to meet any established deadlines of the insurance companies.
