University Press

The University Press was founded at Bucknell in 1968. Since its inception, it has been editorially independent, an organization run by its Directors, its Editorial Board, and its staff. The University Press presently receives approximately 400 serious proposals and inquiries every year and, of those, considers approximately 70 manuscripts for publication from authors all over the world. From this selective pool, the Press publishes an average of 38 books per annum.
