Our vendor is aware and is working on the situation.Posted: Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 4:19 PMAccutime (time clocks) middleware updateThe time clock vendor has notified us that they will be updating their middleware between the time clocks and their backend on Mon, 7/23 at 10a. Est. to take 10-30 mins.

Clock users should be unaffected. The clocks will still work and queue punches until the upgrade is complete at which time they will reconnect and upload anything queued.

Purposely not posting this as an outage on myB as nothing will be truly down but wanted to document this here so all in L&IT are aware.

HR and Payroll have been notified.
