Spiritual reflection and growth are an important part of the college years, a time when students explore their personal values. Bucknell's mission in religious and spiritual life is to encourage and support a wide variety of religious experiences on campus to help meet the needs of our student body, which represents most of the world's religious traditions.

The Office of the Chaplains and Religious Life emphasizes student leadership, dialogue between groups, community service and complementing the academic program. We continue the tradition of our founders' commitment to humanitarian service, freedom of thought, religious independence and personal morality.
