Take the Opportunity

We dare you to blaze a trail at Bucknell. If you will be a first-generation college student, we want to meet you. Many of our faculty, staff and students — and even our president — share your experience: They too were in the first generation of their families to pursue a four-year degree. They're eager to welcome you to campus and help you succeed.

At Bucknell, you'll be part of a supportive community of students who excel, graduate on time and succeed as alumni. Hear from some of them in the videos below.

Question

I'm interested in the Mentoring Program. What should I do?

Students, if you're interested in getting connected with a Bucknell mentor, please complete the Mentee Interest form.

Faculty and staff members interested in serving as mentors should review the Mentor Participation Agreement.
