LEWISBURG, Pa. —The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Bucknell University will host the workshop, "Exit Strategies," Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the SBDC Business Education Center in the DeWitt Building in Lewisburg.
The workshop, co-sponsored by the law offices of Michael Cherewka, will explain the steps to move toward a successful business exit.
Cherewka will discuss setting exit objectives, determining value/price, preserving, protecting and promoting value, selling the business for cash or promissory note, contingency planning, and wealth preservation planning.
Cherewka Law has been committed to helping businesses protect what is most important to them for more than 20 years through unique planning processes which combine their services with the business' other key advisers to provide the business owner with control and the ability to make a difference for their business.
