How to Use B-bill

Students

Select the student login link above or from within myBucknell under the Administrative Resources tab, select B-bill.

To set up authorized users, such as your parents, to pay your bills, select Authorized Users from within B-bill and enter the required information. Once complete, an email notification will be sent to your authorized users with login instructions. Please note that authorized users do not have access to the student's payment methods, academic records or other personal information.

Parents

To view your student's B-bill, please encourage your student to grant you access as an authorized user. Once your student grants you access, you will receive two email notifications with login instructions. Students can grant access to multiple authorized users. In the interest of security and privacy, each authorized user is assigned a separate login name and password. Payment methods of authorized users are not shared with your student or other authorized users.

Authorized Users

Select the authorized user login link above for authorized user access. Authorized users are required to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for log in.

More information and instructions on how to setup MFA can be found here.

How to Open Your Statement

After logging into B-bill, select the eBills tab. This will take you to the statement screen. You can select the statement you wish to view. Click GO and the statement will open in a pop-up window.

How to Make a Payment

Within B-bill, follow the Make a Payment link and select your payment method.

  • Electronic check-payments — Electronic checks require a bank routing number and account number from your checking or savings account.
  • Credit or debit card payments via PayPath — You can make B-bill payments using a credit or debit card through PayPath. Payments include a convenience fee.
  • International payments — TransferMate provides a secure payment method for international payments through your B-Bill account. For more information on TransferMate, visit International Student Payment.

Email and Text Notifications

Students and authorized users will receive email notifications of new bills, payment reminders and other information.

Privacy

We recognize that many parents play a significant role in the financial support of their student’s education. However, federal privacy regulations prohibit Bucknell from releasing financial information to parents without student consent. Therefore, students will need to authorize their parents (or others) to view their account and make online payments as described here. Authorized users do not have access to the student’s or other authorized user’s payment methods or other personal information. Bucknell policy prohibits sharing University login credentials with others.

PayPath

You, your parents or your corporate sponsors can conveniently make payments with credit or debit cards in a secure, compliant processing environment.

  • Includes a non-refundable service fee to offset merchant processing charges
  • Fees appear as a separate transaction on your statement

Credit/Debit card payments are handled through PayPath, a tuition payment service. PayPath accepts most major Credit/Debit cards for your convenience. A non-refundable PayPath service charge of 3.00% (minimum $3.00) for domestic issued cards and 4.25% (minimum $3.00) for International issued cards will be added to your card payment. You will be given an opportunity to approve your payment prior to processing.
