Lewisburg and the Bucknell University campus are vibrant and safe places to live united by a strong sense of community. Bucknell Public Safety works in close collaboration with our many campus and community partners to ensure that Bucknell remains a safe environment for living and learning.

Our department is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but our service to the Bucknell community goes beyond patrolling and responding to emergencies. We can escort you back to your residence hall late at night, offer a jump-start if your car battery dies, train you in emergency self-defense and ensure your on-campus event goes smoothly, among other services. We encourage you to stop by our department headquarters or contact us to learn more.
