One of the conference organizers for "The Ethics and Aesthetics of Stand-Up Comedy" (April 19-22, 2017) which aims to bring together scholars and practitioners interested in stand-up comedy from a range of academic disciplines, including but not limited to philosophy, performance studies, women's and gender studies, African-American studies, theatre, art history, and culture studies.
