Connect from Off Campus

Permitted users can access secure resources from off-campus computers through Bucknell’s virtual private network (VPN). Once connected to the VPN, users can do the following:

  • Connect to Netspace (public, private and departmental drives)
  • Review job applications
  • Access Banner INB or EPM 11
  • Access some library databases
  • Use licensed software

Instructions for connecting to the VPN

Windows users need to use an additional Map Network Drives tool to connect to Netspace once they’re connected to the VPN. For Mac users, accessing Netspace from off campus works the way as it does on campus once you're connected to the VPN.

Accessing Bucknell resources from off campus on your mobile device is also possible in some instances. For more information, please contact the Tech Desk.
