Carol's professional interests include working with the Internal Family Systems Institute as an Assistant Trainer. It is a model of therapy that holds a great deal of compassion for all that we are experiencing, rather than judgement. One of Carol's favorite quotes is from the poet Rainer Maria Rilke: "Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart, and try to love the questions themselves..." Carol is committed to holding a safe space for students to be curious about their feelings, worries and beliefs they carry about themselves.

Carol also enjoys rowing with the Central Pa. Rowing Association and teaching/taking yoga classes.
