About Marina Shafran
Marina is a licensed psychologist and holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.
Marina's clinical interests include, but are not limited to, Racial Trauma, Marginalization, White Fragility, Culture, and Collective Guilt. Marina works to provide an equitable and inclusive environment for a diverse clientele, and interested in the psychological impact of white supremacy/racism/oppression as well as the role psychologists play in either minimizing these effects or helping address them.
Marina is originally from Ukraine and fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
