Marina's special areas of interest include: identity development, traumatic experiences, early life abuse, and grief.
Marina's therapeutic style is shaped by a life-long passion for literature, history and culture, with particular attraction to questions concerning the nature of individual subjectivity. She makes use of humanistic and existential approaches in therapy.
As a child Marina experienced immigration and the challenges that arise when starting all over again in a new country. At the age of twenty Marina moved the US, this time on her own, to pursue university education on a Track and Field scholarship.
Marina speaks Russian, Hebrew, and understands Ukrainian. In her free time, she enjoys reading as many books as possible.
