Student Mail Services is located on the ground floor of the Elaine Langone Center (ELC).

Each student will be assigned a unique address to receive first-class mail. Beginning July 15, first-year students can access their mailing address in myBucknell.This will be your address for your entire stay at Bucknell. Mail should be addressed following the example below.

Addressing Letter Mail and Packages

Mail and packages sent to you at Bucknell should include:

There should be no space between the "C" and the number following it. The number that follows the "C" is your student mailbox number.

To ensure timely delivery of your mail to campus, please adhere to the following:

  • Always use the full address provided for you.
  • Always use your correct name. Do not use nicknames or fictitious names.
  • All mail with a parent's name must also have in care of (c/o) student's name.

Letter Mail and Package Pickup

When you receive mail or packages, you will be notified by email at your Bucknell email address. If you would prefer to receive a text message, please provide your cell phone number in your myBucknell contact information.

Letter Mail Pickup

You will receive a notification when a first-class letter arrives. To pick up your letter, you will need to bring your Bucknell ID card to the Student Mail Services service window. All letter mail will be picked up at the service window.

Package Pickup

Student Mail Services has installed a 24-hour self-service package locker system. You will receive a notification when a package arrives. The notification will instruct you where to retrieve your package. The notification will direct you to either the appropriate package locker, or the service window. When packages are too large to fit in the locker, or when there are no lockers available, you will be instructed to pick up your package at the service window. To pick up your package, you will need to bring your Bucknell ID card to Student Mail Services.

Outgoing Mail and Packages

The Langone Center Post Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. during the academic year offering USPS, FedEx and UPS mailing services. This post office is located on the ground floor of the Elaine Langone Center in the student hearth space.
