Accessibility Resources for Visitors

If you are a prospective student or a visitor to our campus and need reasonable accommodations for a disability in order to attend an event, please contact the coordinator of your event.

If you prefer, you may also set up a meeting with the director of the Office of Accessibility Resources:

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, services must be provided if a request for accommodation is made by a person attending the event. Although every attempt will be made to secure reasonable accommodations for such a request, there is no guarantee of service provision if the request is made by the attendee less than one week (seven days) in advance.

Headphone Systems for Weis Center Performances

A headphone system of assistance for individuals who are hard of hearing is available upon request for performances at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts. The headphone system is a type of wireless transmitter that helps the individual better understand speech and sound in situations where it might be difficult.

To reserve one for a Weis Center performance, please contact the center at least two days prior to the performance.
