Interpersonal Violence Prevention & Advocacy Office
The Interpersonal Violence Prevention & Advocacy (IVPA) Office provides confidential support and advocacy to students impacted by sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and stalking while working to eliminate interpersonal violence on campus through prevention and education. With a focus on empowering the survivor to make their own decisions, the IVPA staff can facilitate referrals, accompany survivors to medical treatment, answer questions about legal options and ensure appropriate follow-up and support. They also connect survivors with resources that can minimize the impact an assault may have on a student's academic career.
