From designing the perfect menu to personalizing all the details of your unique gathering, Crafted 1846 catering sevices can accommodate almost any size gathering and nearly any theme you can imagine.

Our team will work with you to create a custom gathering menu inspired by your unique needs that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. We can cater gatherings with traditional table service, buffets, small plates and internationally inspired specialty stations. All menus will follow the Chartwells culinary philosophy — authentic recipes using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Please note that Bison Kitchen will honor catering requests and menus submitted prior to the launch of the Crafted 1846 Catering menu. If you submitted a catering request prior to the launch of the new menu for an event on or after July 7, your original menu selections will be honored. You do not need to resubmit your request.

Scheduling Your Catering

  1. Register your event with the Events Management Office. Room reservations need to be made before ordering catering. Room reservations, audio-visual equipment and table set-up needs are handled through the Events Management Office at 570-577-3393.
  2. Place your catering order at least three days before your event. Download and fill out the Event Form and email it as a spreadsheet or pdf to catering@bucknell.edu. Be sure to include allergy or dietary restrictions and other special needs such as special linens, flowers and room configurations to your form. For formal or larger events, call us to discuss the food and service and allow adequate time for planning and preparation.

    Coming this fall, Crafted 1846 Catering will introduce Catertrax, a new online system that will streamline the ordering process and showcase the new menus and monthly specials.
