Sustainability

At Bucknell, we understand that there are a lot of factors when it comes to food and dining choices — not only in terms of quality and allergies, but ethically, socially and environmentally. That's why we provide prospective and current students with information that allows them to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to food.

Look for the CF icon that identifies which recipes are produced with ingredients and agricultural processes that have had a lower impact on greenhouse gas emissions than comparable alternatives.
