Virtual Summer Information Sessions
Class of 2028, Transfer Students, Parents and Families
It’s now even easier to prepare for life at Bucknell! We are pleased to announce a variety of online presentations about campus offices and resources for new students and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about a range of topics — from academics, undergraduate research and career advising to laundry, dining, laptops and more. Mark your calendars and bring your questions to these interactive Zoom sessions led by Bucknell faculty and staff.
Virtual summer information sessions will begin in late June and end in mid-August. Program details, including links, will be added to this page throughout the spring and summer.
In addition to offering live Zoom sessions, we will record and post all sessions to our video playlist, allowing students and families to watch recordings on their schedule. Videos will be added to the playlist on a rolling basis.

First in the Family
A virtual program for parents and families of first-generation college students
First in the Family is a special series of virtual information sessions for families of first-generation students — as well as those who are sending a student to college for the first time. Running throughout the summer, sessions will be interactive and offer ample time for participants to ask questions.
