Closest Airports to Bucknell
Major airlines fly into three nearby airports, linking Bucknell to cities across the region and country.
- Harrisburg International Airport (MDT): About 90 minutes away
- Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP): About 90 minutes away
- Williamsport Regional Airport (IPT): About 40 minutes away, with connections to United Airlines
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) are all within an approximately three-hour drive from campus. Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is approximately four hours away.
Bus Service
Fullington Trailways serves the area. The bus stop is on Market Street between Fifth and Sixth Street, about four blocks from campus.
Traveling by Car
Major highways near Bucknell's campus include Interstate 80 and State Route 15. Visitor and public parking is available. Visitors should visit the Parking Information page to learn about visitor parking permits and regulations.
If you are visiting Admissions, enter campus at Moore Avenue and bear right onto Dent Drive. Then turn right onto Pascucci Drive, where you will find visitor parking close to Freas Hall.
Note: While the Office of Admissions is found in Freas Hall, some Admissions events and visit experiences begin at other locations. Check your confirmation email to ensure you head to the right place.
