Writing center help

At Bucknell, you aren't just a face in the crowd. We offer individualized resources to meet your specific needs and help you succeed. No matter if you are a first-year student trying to navigate college life or a senior planning your next move, we are here to help.

Bucknell's Academic Resource Hub encompasses centers, offices, networks and individuals who foster student academic achievement. It includes direct student support in the form of coaching, tutoring, and other personal or group assistance as well as many guides and toolkits. The specialists who work within the Hub also offer resources and can serve as partners to faculty and instructional staff.  

Core Support Resources

Bertrand Library

Library staff offers assistance with a variety of research needs, including one-to-one consultations, access to resources, and work with rare and unique materials.

Academic Advising

Members of the faculty serve as the primary academic advisers for students and will be a resource for you throughout your time at Bucknell.

The Teaching & Learning Center

The TLC offers resources for students, including tutoring, study groups, academic coaching, quantitative support, and faculty and staff programs.

Writing Center

The Writing Center offers assistance with any writing task at any stage of the writing process.

Questions about academic support? 

The Executive Director for Academic Resources and Student Achievement guides the Academic Resource Hub through convening academic support leaders and those involved in direct student support to foster communication, coordination, and strategic planning to help ensure a strong academic experience for all students.
