For Admitted International Students

Welcome to Bucknell! We're glad you're joining this rich community of artists, explorers and innovators.

Below, please find a list of resources to help your transition to your new host country and college life go smoothly.

Medical History & Health Insurance

All new students are required to have a doctor complete a medical history record and verify medical dates. This form is included in the registration materials you receive from ISSS between March and May. Students on a U.S. visa must also purchase Bucknell's health insurance and are automatically enrolled. You will receive this bill — an estimated cost of $3,200 USD for the 2024–25 academic year — along with your tuition statement.
