Yes, we are open Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. for same-day acute visits

Just give us a call at 570-577-1401 and we will get you on the schedule. This helps you avoid any excessive wait.

No, we would need a signed release form to share your health information with your family. This form can be sent to you digitally and is good for six months. It can authorize the release of only specific information and may be revoked at any time.

We have a limited number of medications we are able to dispense here. These are not billed to your insurance but can be billed to your Bucknell account or paid by credit card. There are multiple local pharmacies to fill medication orders or have existing prescriptions refilled. One local pharmacy, the Lewisburg Pharmacy, offers delivery to your campus mailbox.

No, we cannot refill or initiate this type of medication. Your home provider can send the order to a local pharmacy.

No, we can not give allergy shots here but we can help direct you to a local specialist who can assist you with this procedure.

Yes, we will do everything we can to support you during your time here at Bucknell.

Yes, we provide travel related health consultations for Bucknell-sponsored trips. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide consultations/vaccinations for travel unrelated to Bucknell (e.g., study abroad, Bucknell-sponsored conference attendance).

No, Bucknell Student Health is only available to currently enrolled Bucknell students.

1. No, but these services are available through private providers in the area.
2. Physical therapy services with an external provider are available on campus in the Graham Building.

The answer is, yes. Since both current brands of the Meningitis B vaccine are given as a two-dose series six months apart, it is possible you will only have one dose prior to your arrival.  We can give you the second dose here when it is due.  It is very important that we know the brand of vaccine you received for the first dose, as they are not interchangeable.

Yes, both are required. You can review the required vaccinations on the immunization form with your healthcare provider.

You can take the packet to an urgent care office or retail clinic to have the physical form completed. You will still need to get your vaccination records from your provider.

Here are a few ideas:

2. Tylenol (acetaminophen), Advil (ibuprofen)
3. Cough medicine
4. Eye drops
5. Allergy medication
6. Band-aids
7. Tissues

Don't forget: If you answer "YES" to any questions on the Tuberculosis screening questionnaire, you will need to have the QuantiFERON Gold blood test done and attach a copy of the result for our review.

Do not upload any medical records until the online demographics page has been completed. 

You will receive a confirmation email from E-trieve when the demographics form has been completed.
