The Bucknell Institute for Public Policy (BIPP) supports social science research both on and off Bucknell's campus. BIPP provides a space for contemporary public policy discussion, student-faculty research and an academic home for students who wish to study public policy.

In an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental framework, Bucknell faculty and students focus on policy areas including:

  • The economy
  • Domestic and international politics
  • Education
  • Health
  • The environment
  • Civil society

The institute supports student and faculty research and provides service to the local community through educational outreach.
