2. Complete your profile, review the employer guidelines, then wait for Handshake's confirmation email.
3. Confirm your email, join or create your company, and connect with Bucknell University. Already have a Handshake account? Sign in at this link.

1. Log in to your Handshake account.
2. From your home dashboard, click "Post a Job" (you can also post internships, fellowships, on-campus student employment, and opportunities for graduate school, experiential learning, or volunteering).
3. Follow the instructions and set your job posting preferences. Be sure to select Bucknell University when adding your schools.
4. Click "Save" in the lower right corner to save your job and send your posting out to schools to be reviewed.

2. From your home dashboard, click "Create an Event."
3. Fill out your event details, selecting "Virtual" as the format. Include the URL of your online event in the text box that appears. (The URL should be a link to a live stream platform that you will be using for this event.)
4. Under "School," select Bucknell University from the dropdown box.
5. Click "Save" in the lower right corner.

We host career and internship fairs for students at various stages of their college journey, some focused on particular industries. Fairs are hosted both on campus and in cities around the country. We welcome employers seeking to publicize their organizations and/or hire students for jobs and internships.

2. From your home dashboard, click "Fairs" (under "Campus" on the left navigation bar).
3. In the search bar, type Bucknell University
4. Choose a fair or event and click on it.
5. Click "Register" and fill in the information.

3. Select and fill in pertinent details.
4. Attach an existing job posting or create a new job associated with this interview.
5. Click "Request" in the bottom right corner to submit your request for approval.

Meet and assess a variety of qualified students at an on-campus event. Our staff can help coordinate logistics for your visit, including scheduling meetings with candidates you have pre-selected. Options include: company information sessions, classroom presentations, office hours, educational workshops and on-campus interviewing.

Through a partnership with the Bucknell University Alumni Board and Center for Career Advancement (CCA), we are seeking alumni and parents to mentor juniors and seniors during our semester-long program this fall. Whether you're a seasoned executive, a creative entrepreneur or a dedicated community leader, your perspective is the bridge between campus life and career success.

Help a student navigate the transition from classroom to workplace.

Bucknell Mentor Program

Students have the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute, 1-on-1 virtual mock interview or networking call with a Bucknell alum or parent through the Interview Prep & Industry Insights program. Past student participants noted that they gained greater confidence through constructive feedback and felt more prepared for future conversations.

Once a student registers, the Center for Career Advancement (CCA) matches them with an alum or parent volunteer. From there, the pair schedules a convenient time to meet. We will send out prep resources ahead of time so everyone feels ready and knows exactly what to expect.
