Executive Functioning Pilot Program
Helping students strengthen time management, organization and task follow-through
The Bucknell University Office of Accessibility Resources (OAR) has initiated an Executive Functioning (EF) Pilot Program for the 2025–26 academic year.
Program status: Pilot enrollment is limited during 2025–26. Referrals may come through the OAR, faculty, academic advisors, or the Dean of Students office.
Executive Functioning & Neurodiversity
Executive Functioning (EF) refers to the set of mental processes that help individuals manage time, stay organized, initiate and complete tasks and regulate focus and emotion. These skills are essential for success in the college environment — especially for students with ADHD, learning disabilities and other forms of neurodiversity.
About the Executive Functioning Pilot Program

- Individualized Coaching: One-on-one support with professional staff.
- Virtual and In-Person Options: Support is available during and beyond traditional hours.
- Peer Mentorship: Workshops and guidance from trained student mentors.
- Health & Wellness Collaboration: Partnerships with campus wellness resources.
